Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • In periods of high demand or product restock, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Times

Standard shipping delivery estimates:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update depending on the carrier.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
Olicare+ is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Reshipping fees due to customer address errors.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Olicare+ is not liable for delays due to customs processing.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  1. Contact the carrier using your tracking number.
